These images document my personal experience with the many building workers that I manage at a Manhattan Condo. These workers have difficult jobs that are physically demanding and sometimes are in harsh environments. The workers are from different parts of the globe with multi-cultural backgrounds. I have much respect for these workers and I want to highlight their unique circumstances.
